Can I install a BakFlip myself, or do I need a shop?
You can absolutely do it in your driveway. Most owners in our community report install times of 20–40 minutes with basic hand tools — no drilling required on most trucks. The rail clamps do all the work. If you get stuck, we have fitment guides and a full replacement parts catalog on the site.
What’s the difference between the BakFlip MX4 and the G2?
Great question — this is the #1 question we get. The MX4 has a matte-finish top skin and slightly upgraded seals for the toughest weather.
